Intro

The kitchen is where the promises get kept. Every claim a corporate caterer makes fresh, hygienic, on time, consistent, lives or dies on the floor of the production facility. Everything else is marketing. So we built ours to make the promises easy to keep.

Our 20,000 square foot central kitchen in Sector-63, Noida is one of the largest dedicated corporate catering facilities in Delhi NCR. From this single building, we serve clients across the entire capital region Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad. It's HACCP certified, ISO 22000 compliant, FSSAI licensed, and independently audited on an ongoing basis. Every chef, helper, packer, and driver who works here is FoSTaC-trained. Every recipe is documented. Every batch is tested. Every dispatch is logged.

Every meal is governed by strict hygiene protocols, documented SOPs, and mandatory staff certifications. Our dedicated Quality Assurance Officers oversee every stage of production, ensuring that no product leaves our kitchen without a formal sign-off. With transparent audit trails including temperature logs and batch tracking, we guarantee wholesome, safe, and compliant meals that consistently exceed client expectations.

Designed from the ground up for high-volume corporate catering — separate zones for ingredient inspection, vegetable prep, meat prep (completely segregated), wet cooking, dry cooking, packing, and dispatch. One-way flow throughout to prevent cross-contamination. No shared surfaces between veg and non-veg lines.

Rational iCombi Pro cooking line

Our cooking line is built around Rational iCombi Pro combi-ovens, the same German engineering used in Michelin-starred kitchens worldwide. These machines deliver process-controlled, temperature-accurate cooking at scale. Set the program, trust the equipment, get the same result every time. Technology this precise is a requirement, not a luxury, when you're cooking 10,000 meals a day.

Cold chain integrity, source to plate

Walk-in cold storage. Blast chillers for rapid temperature control. Temperature-monitored dispatch vehicles. Insulated containers rated for NCR's longest delivery routes. Every handoff in our cold chain is logged, and any deviation triggers an immediate quality review.

Strictly segregated veg and non-veg zones

Fully separated prep, cooking, storage, and dispatch lines for vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations. Different entrances. Different knives. Different cutting boards. Different utensils. Different staff rotations. No shared surfaces, no shared equipment, no compromises. The separation sounds extreme until you understand how easy cross-contamination is to miss in a fast-moving commercial kitchen.

On-site quality assurance lab

Daily ingredient testing, batch sampling, and water quality checks happen in-house, supervised by our Quality Assurance Officers. If something's off, work stops until it's fixed. We've thrown out entire batches of food because a temperature reading was four degrees below spec. It's expensive in the moment. It's invaluable in the long run.

Strategic NCR-wide location

Our Noida Sector-63 location is deliberately chosen for logistics. It's equidistant from Delhi's eastern and southern business districts, within efficient reach of Gurgaon's corporate corridors, and well-positioned for Greater Noida and Faridabad industrial clients. Route planning is built around actual NCR traffic patterns.

Kitchen Tours

We run client kitchen tours by appointment, typically within a week of request. You'll see the production floor, the cold chain, the dispatch line, the QA lab, and the staff areas. No staged tour. No hidden zones. If you can't see it, we haven't built it.

Most clients tell us the tour changed how they think about corporate catering in Delhi NCR. We'd rather you see the kitchen yourself than take our word for any of this.
