From Frustration to 10,000 Meals/Day: The Promach Story
For 16 years and continuing, we’ve replaced uninspired office food with fresh, home-style meals. From our 20,000-square-foot facility, we serve 10,000+ daily meals to Delhi NCR’s top brands, proving that large-scale catering can still feel like a daily kindness.
It started with a frustration
In March 2013, our founders looked at the corporate catering scene in Delhi NCR and saw the same thing everywhere: cold rotis, oily curries, indifferent service, and food that nobody actually wanted to eat. Offices had settled for a kind of low-grade culinary purgatory not bad enough to complain about, not good enough to look forward to.
We thought that was a strange thing to accept. Indian families had been cooking brilliant food at home for generations. Street vendors in every NCR neighbourhood were turning out meals people actually loved. The problem wasn't that good food was impossible at scale the problem was that the corporate catering industry had stopped trying.
So we started Corporate Dhaba®. One simple idea: take the warmth, flavour, and freshness of real home-style Indian food, cook it with industrial discipline, and deliver it to corporate Delhi NCR on time, every time.
Then it grew up
By 2015, we were running at full capacity. By 2018, we had outgrown three kitchens. By 2023, we had crossed 10,000 meals a day. Today, Promach Hospitality Private Limited operates one of the largest dedicated corporate catering facilities in Delhi NCR a 20,000 square foot central kitchen in Sector-63, Noida, equipped with Rational German iCombi Pro ovens and staffed by over 100 FoSTaC-certified professionals.
From that single Noida facility, we now serve corporate clients across all of Delhi NCR, Noida's tech corridors, Gurgaon's corporate campuses, Delhi's business districts, Greater Noida's industrial zones, and Faridabad's manufacturing belt. BSES Yamuna Power. Kotak Mahindra Bank. JK Cement. Chegg. Naukri.com. Mindfire Solutions. Hakuhodo. More than fifty active clients, many of whom have been with us for more than half a decade. We still cook every meal fresh. We still deliver on the dot. And we still believe that food served at work shouldn't feel like an afterthought. It should feel like a small daily kindness the kind of thing that makes people glad they came in today.

Promach Hospitality isn't a single catering company. It's a small family of food ventures, each one an expression of the same core belief: that honest food, made with care, is always worth doing properly. Today we run two distinct brands under the Promach umbrella.
Corporate Dhaba®
Our flagship brand, and the face of our B2B catering operation. Corporate Dhaba is how we feed Delhi NCR's workplaces daily lunches, managed cafeterias, event catering, industrial meals, and onsite kitchens for companies across Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. Thirteen years in, it's still the beating heart of what we do.
The name was deliberate. A dhaba, in the Indian tradition, is a roadside eating place that became famous not for presentation or pretense, but for food that's honest, generous, and made with obvious care. That's the standard we hold ourselves to. When ten thousand professionals sit down to a fresh, hot, home-style meal at 1 PM somewhere in NCR, there's a very good chance Corporate Dhaba cooked it that morning.
Pepper Pot Cafe
Our newest venture and in many ways the one closest to our founders' hearts. Pepper Pot Cafe is a full-service sit-down cafe, built around the same food philosophy that drives everything else we do: fresh ingredients, honest cooking, genuine hospitality. But where Corporate Dhaba meets you at your office with a thermos-sealed container, Pepper Pot Cafe invites you to come to us and stay a while.
The cafe is designed to be a place, not just a menu. Warm lighting. Comfortable seating. Music that actually respects your conversation. A kitchen that takes coffee as seriously as it takes the all-day breakfast. We serve everything from carefully-pulled espresso and single-origin filter coffee to comfort food that feels like it was made by someone who actually cared. Cakes baked that morning. Sandwiches built to order. The kind of small, thoughtful menu that reveals itself slowly across visits.
